How to Use & Maintenance Notes

Installation & Operation Steps: First, confirm the interface size matches your existing ZP2 series vacuum fixture; clean fine dust and particle debris on the suction cup surface before installation to avoid vacuum leakage. Second, insert and lock the ZP2-B10MBN suction cup firmly onto the manipulator vacuum connector, ensure no loose connection during high-frequency vibration. Third, adjust system vacuum negative pressure within the recommended working range, avoid excessive pressure causing permanent compression deformation of the double-layer bellows. Fourth, conduct idle test run to check telescopic flexibility of the organ structure and overall air tightness.
