3. Usage Methods
Step 1: Pre-use Inspection Check the surface of the long strip suction cup for wear, cracks, deformation and dirt. Confirm that the suction cup is intact and well-sealed to ensure no air leakage during operation.
Step 2: Equipment Installation Align and install the vacuum suction cup on the manipulator or pneumatic vacuum equipment interface. Assemble it firmly to ensure tight connection and no looseness, so as to avoid air leakage affecting adsorption effect.
Step 3: Workpiece Cleaning Clean the surface of the target long strip workpiece to remove dust, oil stains and impurities, keep the surface dry and flat, ensuring the suction cup can fully fit the workpiece.
Step 4: Adsorption & Operation Adjust the equipment position to make the long strip suction cup fully fit the surface of the strip workpiece. Turn on the vacuum system to form negative pressure adsorption. After confirming stable grabbing, proceed with automatic lifting, handling and positioning operations.
Step 5: Release & Maintenance After the operation is completed, turn off the vacuum air pressure to release the workpiece. Clean the dust and stains on the suction cup surface, and store it in a dry and ventilated place to avoid long-term extrusion and high-temperature aging.
4. Precautions
Do not use on rough, porous, cracked or severely uneven workpiece surfaces to avoid air leakage and failed adsorption. Avoid long-term over-pressure extrusion and high-frequency violent friction to prevent permanent deformation of the suction cup. Keep away from high temperature, corrosive liquid and harsh environments to prevent material aging and performance degradation. Regularly check the sealing performance and surface wear degree, and replace the suction cup in time if air leakage, aging or deformation occurs.
