Product Features
This Edith Brand silicone vacuum suction cup is a universal industrial pneumatic fitting specially designed for robotic and automation equipment. It supports three structural types: single-layer, double-layer and three-layer, covering multiple industrial grabbing scenarios from flat rigid workpieces to curved and thin materials. Adopting advanced no-trace mold processing technology, the suction cup features ultra-smooth surface without burrs, mold marks or defects, realizing truly no-mark adsorption. Manufactured from high-quality flexible silicone material, it delivers excellent elasticity, toughness, wear resistance and anti-aging performance, adapting to long-term high-frequency cyclic operation in automated production environments. The optimized multi-layer bellows structure provides excellent telescopic buffering and surface fitting ability, which can automatically fit flat, slightly curved and uneven workpiece surfaces. With stable vacuum tightness and strong suction performance, this series of suction cups features exquisite workmanship, high compatibility and easy replacement, suitable for most standard automation vacuum systems and robotic arm equipment.
Product Advantages
The Edith multi-layer silicone suction cup has comprehensive competitive advantages over ordinary industrial suction nozzles. First, no-trace adsorption protects workpieces perfectly. The precision molded smooth surface leaves no indentation, scratch or mark on the workpiece, which is especially suitable for surface-sensitive materials such as plastic panels, films, glass and electronic parts. Second, multi-structure full-scene coverage. Single-layer for stable grabbing of flat hard workpieces, double-layer and three-layer for flexible buffering and fitting of curved, thin and fragile workpieces, realizing one product for diverse industrial needs. Third, strong and stable vacuum suction. The optimized structural design ensures uniform pressure distribution, effectively prevents air leakage, slipping and falling during high-speed handling and shifting. Fourth, excellent durability and cost-saving performance. Premium silicone material resists daily friction, repeated stretching and environmental aging, greatly extending service life and reducing frequent replacement costs. In addition, it features universal installation, strong compatibility and high practicability for various automated production lines.
How to Use
Before use, inspect the suction cup carefully to confirm the silicone body is intact, free of cracks, deformation, hardening and dust blockage, and ensure the air passage is clean and unobstructed. Select the appropriate structure according to the workpiece condition: choose single-layer type for flat and rigid workpieces, double-layer or three-layer type for curved, ultra-thin and fragile workpieces. Install the suction cup firmly on the vacuum connector of robotic arm or automation equipment, ensure tight connection to avoid air leakage. Thoroughly clean the surface of target workpieces to remove dust, oil stains and debris for a tight sealing effect. Turn on the vacuum system and adjust the air pressure to a reasonable working range, then complete trial suction to check stable adsorption and smooth release. During formal operation, align the suction cup with the workpiece surface, rely on the flexible multi-layer structure for automatic fitting, and finish grabbing, lifting and transferring after vacuum stabilization. After daily operation, cut off the air source to release the workpiece, clean the suction cup regularly, and replace it timely if there is severe wear, aging or poor sealing to maintain stable automation operation.
