Second, clean the suction nozzle surface and workpiece surface to remove plastic scraps, dust and oil stains, ensuring a clean contact surface to avoid poor adsorption and product surface defects. Third, align the suction nozzle interface with the manipulator fixture connector and install it firmly to ensure stable connection without air leakage or looseness. Fourth, turn on the vacuum air source, perform idle test to confirm the sponge suction cup absorbs air evenly and responds sensitively without blockage. Fifth, conduct trial demolding and gripping test on injection molding products, adjust the vacuum air pressure appropriately according to the workpiece thickness and weight to ensure firm gripping without product deformation or falling off. Sixth, after the trial run is normal, start continuous automated production.
