Product Features
This new-generation multistage vacuum suction pad adopts an exclusive multistage layered telescopic structure design, with multiple sets of graded buffer bellows, realizing segmented expansion and contraction to adapt to different height differences and surface fluctuations of workpieces. Compared with traditional suction cups, the multistage structure provides longer effective buffer travel and more uniform pressure dispersion, avoiding local over-suction or insufficient fitting. The integral one-piece molding process ensures seamless structural connection of each buffer layer, with excellent overall air tightness, effectively preventing vacuum leakage and pressure attenuation during high-speed operation. The high-elastic suction pad surface is finely polished, soft and burr-free, which can closely fit various complex workpiece surfaces without scratching or denting precision workpieces. The upgraded material formula enhances wear resistance, fatigue resistance and environmental adaptability, maintaining stable elasticity and suction performance in long-term continuous industrial operation. Equipped with standard universal mounting interface, it is highly compatible with mainstream robotic arms, vacuum generators and automated machinery, supporting quick disassembly and on-site replacement for efficient equipment maintenance.
Product Advantages
First, innovative multistage buffer upgrade. The multi-level telescopic structure achieves omnidirectional adaptive fitting, perfectly solving the problem of poor adsorption effect of ordinary suction cups on uneven and irregular workpieces, greatly improving gripping success rate. Second, uniform pressure & zero workpiece damage. Graded pressure dispersion design avoids concentrated suction force, effectively preventing deformation, indentation and cracking of thin, soft and fragile workpieces, improving production yield. Third, super wide scene adaptability. It covers flat, curved, fluctuating and special-shaped workpieces, breaking the single-scene limitation of traditional suction cups and realizing multi-scene universal use. Fourth, durable industrial performance. Upgraded high-elastic rubber/silicone material resists long-term extrusion, friction and aging, with stable working performance and longer service life than ordinary suction cups, reducing replacement frequency. Fifth, high cost performance & easy installation. Universal standard interface supports plug-and-play replacement, no modification required, effectively reducing equipment maintenance cost and improving automated production efficiency.
How to Use
First, confirm the workpiece surface condition and fluctuation range, select the matching multistage suction pad model according to actual handling requirements, and inspect the multi-stage buffer structure for cracks, aging, deformation and poor elasticity. Second, thoroughly clean the suction pad surface and workpiece contact surface to remove dust, oil stains, debris and oxide layers, ensuring full close fitting to avoid vacuum air leakage. Third, align the standard interface of the multistage suction cup with the pneumatic connector of robotic arm or automation equipment, install and lock firmly to prevent loosening and offset during high-frequency vibration operation. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline and turn on the air source for idle test, check the telescopic flexibility of each buffer stage and the overall air tightness, adjust vacuum pressure to the optimal range for complex workpieces. Fifth, conduct trial gripping operation, verify that the multistage structure fits the workpiece surface fully, with stable suction and no slipping or workpiece deformation. Sixth, start formal automated production after passing the trial run. For daily maintenance, regularly clean surface dirt, check the flexibility of multistage telescopic structure and material elasticity, and replace the suction pad timely if suction weakens or aging failure occurs.
