How to Use
First, inspect the suction cup before installation. Third, clean the surface of the target workpiece to remove dust, debris, oil stains and impurities, ensuring a clean and dry adsorption surface for better vacuum sealing effect. Fourth, turn on the pneumatic vacuum system, adjust the air pressure to the standard working range, and conduct a trial run to verify stable adsorption and smooth release functions. Fifth, in formal operation, aim the suction cup at the center of the workpiece, rely on the flexible pleated structure to fit the workpiece surface automatically, start vacuum adsorption, and carry out handling, lifting and transferring work after the suction is stable. Sixth, after daily operation, cut off the air source to release the workpiece, clean the dust and dirt on the suction cup and pleated gaps regularly.
