How to Use
First, complete pre-use inspection, check the Airbest double-layer cup body for cracks, aging, peeling or permanent deformation, confirm the rubber or silicone material matches the working environment requirements. Second, clean the suction cup fitting surface and workpiece surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil stains and debris, ensuring a flat and clean contact surface for tight vacuum sealing. Third, align the suction cup interface with the manipulator pneumatic connector, install and lock it firmly to avoid looseness and air leakage during high-speed operation. Fourth, connect the air intake pipeline, turn on the vacuum air source for idle test, check the air tightness of the cup body and interface, confirm no air leakage and stable vacuum pressure. Fifth, adjust the vacuum pressure to a reasonable range according to the workpiece weight and hardness, conduct trial gripping of flat rigid workpieces, verify no shaking, displacement or slipping during adsorption. Sixth, after the trial run is normal, start formal automated production.
