How to Use

Inspect the flat suction surface for cracks, aging, elasticity loss and anti-static performance before installation. Second, thoroughly clean the suction cup surface and workpiece contact area to remove dust, oil stains and fine impurities, ensuring seamless close fitting to avoid vacuum air leakage and unstable suction. Third, align the standard interface of ZP-20US suction cup with the manipulator pneumatic connector, install and lock firmly to prevent loosening and air leakage caused by long-term high-frequency vibration. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline for idle air tightness test, adjust the vacuum pressure to the optimal stable range, check vacuum response speed and sealing performance, confirm no abnormal noise or pressure attenuation.
