How to Use
First, select the matching specification and model according to workpiece size and equipment parameters, choose suitable size from 10/15/20/25/30mm and select MTN or MTS model as required, confirm OBM customization parameters if needed. Second, inspect the flat silicone nozzle surface before installation, check for cracks, aging, deformation and surface burrs to ensure complete flatness and sealing performance. Third, thoroughly clean the suction cup flat contact surface and workpiece surface to remove dust, oil stains and fine impurities, ensuring full close fitting for vacuum sealing. Fourth, align the suction cup interface with the pneumatic connector of automated machinery or manipulator, install and lock firmly to prevent loosening and air leakage during high-frequency operation.
