How to Use
First, check the DP-S30 suction cup before use to ensure the suction surface is intact, free of cracks, hardening, wear and dust blockage, and confirm the internal air channel is unobstructed. Second, confirm the equipment interface matches the 30mm suction cup specification, and install the suction cup stably on the AIDISI manipulator pneumatic connector, tightening the interface to avoid air leakage. Third, clean the surface of the target workpiece thoroughly to remove oil stains, dust and debris, ensuring a clean and flat adsorption surface for stable vacuum fitting. Fourth, turn on the vacuum pneumatic system, adjust the air pressure to the standard working range, and perform trial suction and release to verify normal operation. Fifth, in formal automated production, align the double-layer suction surface with the workpiece, utilize its flexible buffering performance for automatic fitting, and complete stable grabbing, lifting and transferring work. Sixth, after daily operation, cut off the air source to release the workpiece, clean the suction cup surface and crevices regularly.
