How to Use
First, select the corresponding model, quantity and material according to the workpiece weight, size, surface condition and working environment: select small and medium sizes for medium heavy workpieces; choose large and extra large sizes for super heavy plates; configure multiple suction cups in parallel for extra heavy workpieces to ensure safety factor. Select nitrile rubber for conventional industrial environments, and choose silicone for high temperature or special scenarios. Second, inspect the heavy duty suction cup before installation, confirm no cracks, scratches, hardening, aging and debris adhesion on the sealing lip and cup body, ensure the rubber surface is flat and intact, and the structure is not deformed to avoid vacuum leakage and safety hazards. Third, align the standard heavy-duty threaded interface of the PFG suction cup with the manipulator bracket or vacuum connector, screw and lock firmly with tools, apply appropriate thread sealant if necessary, ensure the connection is firm and no loosening under heavy load. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline and conduct air tightness test, adjust the vacuum negative pressure to the recommended range of -70kPa~-90kPa (adjust according to workpiece weight and safety factor), check that there is no air leakage at the interface and the sealing lip is evenly fitted. Fifth, carry out trial adsorption and lifting test on the target heavy workpiece, verify that the workpiece is firmly adsorbed without slipping, offset or falling off, confirm that it can be lifted stably at the set moving speed and acceleration, and the safety factor meets the requirements (recommended safety factor ≥ 4 times). Sixth, start formal heavy handling production after passing the trial run. For daily maintenance, regularly wipe the sealing lip and cup body with clean soft cloth to remove oil stains, dust and debris, check the rubber hardness, wear degree and structural integrity every 2 weeks, and replace the suction cup in time if obvious hardening, cracking, deformation, suction weakening or lip wear occurs.
