    First, select the corresponding model according to the workpiece size and weight: use VF75 for small and medium-sized wood boards and glass plates below 15kg; choose VF110 for conventional panels between 15-30kg; adopt VF150 for heavy large plates above 30kg, and configure multiple cups in parallel for ultra-heavy workpieces. Select nitrile rubber material for conventional working conditions, and choose silicone material for high-temperature or food-related scenarios. Second, inspect the flat rubber surface of the suction cup before installation, confirm no cracks, scratches, hardening, aging and debris adhesion, ensure the sealing surface is flat and intact to avoid vacuum leakage. Third, align the standard threaded interface of the VF suction cup with the manipulator bracket or vacuum connector, screw and lock firmly, apply appropriate sealant to the thread if necessary to prevent air leakage caused by high-frequency vibration. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline and conduct air tightness test, adjust the vacuum negative pressure to the recommended range of -60kPa~-80kPa, check that there is no air leakage at the interface and the sealing surface is evenly fitted. Fifth, carry out trial adsorption operation on the target wood board or glass plate, verify that the workpiece is firmly adsorbed without offset, shaking or local warping, confirm that it can be lifted stably at the set moving speed without falling. Sixth, start formal automated production after passing the trial run. For daily maintenance, regularly wipe the flat sealing surface with clean soft cloth to remove wood chips, glass dust and oil stains, check the rubber hardness and wear degree every month, and replace the suction cup in time if obvious hardening, cracking or suction weakening occurs.
