How to Use
First, conduct a pre-use inspection to check the suction cup surface for cracks, wear, aging and residual impurities, and confirm that the internal air passage is unobstructed and the interface is intact. Second, select the appropriate specification (Y32/Y40/Y50/Y63/Y80/Y100/Y125) according to the actual weight and size of the workpiece, and choose AL14 or B8 interface for matching installation. Third, firmly install the suction cup on the robotic arm vacuum connector and fasten the interface tightly to avoid loose connection and air leakage during operation. Fourth, thoroughly clean the surface of the target workpiece to remove dust, oil stains and debris, ensuring a flat, clean and dry adsorption plane for optimal vacuum sealing. Fifth, turn on the pneumatic vacuum system, adjust the air pressure to the standard working range, and perform a no-load test run to confirm stable adsorption and flexible release. Sixth, in formal automated operation, align the suction cup with the center of the workpiece surface, wait for stable vacuum adsorption, then complete lifting, handling and positioning work. Finally, cut off the air source to release the workpiece after daily operation, regularly clean the suction cup surface and gap dust, and replace the suction cup in time if deformation, severe wear or poor sealing occurs to ensure long-term stable operation of automated equipment.
