How to Use
First, inspect the suction cup before installation to confirm the flat surface is smooth, free of cracks, wear, aging and dust blockage, and ensure the internal air passage is unobstructed. Second, select a suitable specification from ZP2-02AU to ZP2-08AU according to the workpiece size and load demand, and match it with the corresponding pneumatic connector. Third, install the suction cup firmly on the robotic arm vacuum device and tighten the interface to prevent air leakage caused by loose connection. Fourth, clean the surface of the target flat workpiece to remove dust, oil stains and debris to ensure a completely flat and clean adsorption plane. Fifth, turn on the pneumatic vacuum system, adjust the air pressure to the standard working range, and perform trial suction to check whether the adsorption and release actions are normal and stable. Sixth, in formal automated operation, align the flat suction surface with the workpiece, wait for stable vacuum adsorption, and complete picking, lifting and transferring tasks. Finally, cut off the air source to release the workpiece after work, clean the suction cup surface regularly, and replace the suction cup timely if deformation, wear or air leakage occurs.
