3. Usage Methods
Step 1: Pre-use Inspection and Cleaning Check the silicone suction pad for cracks, deformation, wear and air leakage. Clean the surface of the suction cup and the workpiece thoroughly to remove dust, oil stains and debris, keeping the contact surface dry and flat for better air tightness.
Step 2: Position and Press for Adsorption Place the vacuum suction cup steadily on the clean and smooth surface of the workpiece. Press the device firmly downwards to exhaust internal air, and trigger the pneumatic tension locking structure to form stable vacuum adsorption.
Step 3: Lifting and Handling After confirming that the suction cup is firmly adsorbed without loosening, hold the handheld grip to lift and move the workpiece slowly. Keep the operation stable and avoid violent shaking, tilting, collision and sudden pulling.
Step 4: Release the Suction After the workpiece is moved and positioned stably, gently open the pneumatic release switch to let in air and release the negative pressure. Separate the suction cup from the workpiece surface smoothly.
