How to Use
First, inspect the suction cup before installation to confirm no cracks, deformation, aging or surface damage, and select the appropriate style and size according to the workpiece type and equipment demand. Second, clean the mounting connector of the robotic arm and the suction surface of the workpiece to remove dust, oil stains and sundries, ensuring clean and dry contact surfaces for better vacuum adsorption. Third, align the VBF PU-18F suction cup with the pneumatic fixture interface, install and fix it firmly to ensure a tight connection and avoid air leakage. Fourth, turn on the pneumatic system and perform air tightness test to check for air leakage at the connection and suction cup edge, and adjust the vacuum pressure to the standard working range. Fifth, conduct trial grabbing on target workpieces: use flat suction cups for flat smooth workpieces and bellows suction cups for uneven workpieces, fine-tune pressure to ensure stable and firm gripping without crushing or slipping materials.
