Product Features
This bellows-type vacuum sucker is a professional industrial pneumatic accessory exclusively designed for MP and MPS series mechanical grippers and automated production equipment. Adopting high-quality integrated rubber and silicone composite material, it features excellent softness, ductility and industrial-grade wear resistance. The unique multi-layer bellows telescopic structure allows flexible stretching and compression, which can effectively adapt to uneven workpiece surfaces and height errors during automated grabbing operations. With standard industrial size and interface design, it perfectly matches mainstream MP/MPS mechanical arm grippers, serving as a universal replacement and installation component for automated production lines. The smooth and tight suction surface can form stable vacuum adsorption, suitable for grabbing and handling various workpieces such as plastic parts, metal sheets, glass, cartons and electronic accessories. Integrally molded with fine workmanship, no deformation, no air leakage, and stable overall performance for long-term industrial continuous operation.
Product Advantages
This industrial bellows vacuum sucker has multiple core advantages for automated mechanical arm operation. Firstly, excellent telescopic buffering performance. The corrugated bellows structure provides effective shock absorption and stroke compensation, avoiding workpiece extrusion damage and unstable grabbing caused by equipment position deviation. Secondly, superior material durability. Premium silicone and rubber materials feature outstanding aging resistance, oil resistance and abrasion resistance, not easy to harden or crack after long-term high-frequency use, greatly reducing equipment maintenance frequency. Thirdly, strong universal adsorption capacity. It fits flat, slightly curved and irregular workpiece surfaces tightly, realizing firm vacuum grabbing without slipping or falling off. Fourthly, high compatibility and easy replacement. Standard size perfectly adapts to MP/MPS series gripper equipment, supporting direct replacement and quick assembly without modification. In addition, factory direct supply ensures stable quality and cost-effective bulk procurement, ideal for long-term supporting use in automated factories, packaging lines and electronic processing workshops.
How to Use
First, check the new vacuum sucker for cracks, air leakage, deformation or surface impurities to ensure the product is intact. Second, clean the interface of the MP/MPS mechanical gripper, remove dust, oil stains and residual old accessories to keep the mounting position clean and smooth. Third, align the connector of the bellows sucker with the gripper interface, install and clamp it firmly to ensure a tight connection and avoid air leakage during operation. Fourth, connect and debug the pneumatic vacuum system, test the air tightness to confirm no air leakage at the connection position. Fifth, adjust the stretching stroke and working height of the mechanical arm according to the actual workpiece size, and perform trial grabbing to verify the adsorption stability. Sixth, after confirming normal operation, start formal automated grabbing and handling work. For daily maintenance, regularly clean the sucker surface dust and oil stains; replace the sucker in time if it is aging, deformed or poorly adsorbed after long-term use to ensure the stable operation of mechanical arm equipment.
