How to Use
First, select the correct specification according to workpiece weight and suction demand: choose 10-pneumatic valve model for small precision workpieces and thin film materials; choose 15-valve high-flow model for medium and large heavy workpieces. Inspect the aluminum alloy body, filter element and switch interface for damage, blockage or air leakage before installation. Second, fix the vacuum generator stably on the robotic arm or automation equipment bracket, keep the installation horizontal to ensure smooth internal airflow. Third, connect the compressed air pipeline to the air inlet port, install the ZFC filter correctly to ensure forward airflow direction, and connect the vacuum suction cup pipeline to the suction port. Fourth, debug the ZU07s negative-pressure switch threshold according to production requirements, set the standard vacuum pressure range for automatic monitoring and alarm feedback. Fifth, perform idle test operation, check vacuum response speed, sealing performance and switch signal sensitivity, confirm no air leakage, blockage or abnormal signal delay.
