How to Use
First, select the appropriate series according to working conditions: choose EV series for high-speed dynamic handling and large-flow ventilation demands; adopt CV series for heavy-load static grabbing and high-negative-pressure holding scenarios. Confirm the model capacity matches the size of the supporting large suction cup to avoid insufficient vacuum or airflow waste. Inspect the valve body flow channel, air inlet and outlet interfaces and control adjusting parts for blockage, damage and air leakage before installation. Second, fix the vacuum generator stably on the automation equipment bracket, keep the installation horizontal to ensure smooth internal airflow and avoid pressure deviation caused by inclined installation. Third, connect the compressed air pipeline to the air inlet port and connect the vacuum port to the large suction cup pipeline, confirm the pipeline is sealed and free of leakage. Fourth, adjust the built-in high-suction control valve according to workpiece weight and material, set the optimal negative pressure range, complete vacuum pressure calibration and locking. Fifth, perform idle test operation, check vacuum forming speed, pressure stability and deflation response sensitivity, confirm no abnormal noise, air leakage or pressure attenuation. Sixth, conduct trial grabbing with large suction cups, verify stable adsorption and accurate control, then start formal automated production.
