How to Use
First, check the appearance and performance of the finger cylinder before installation, confirm that the cylinder body, jaws and sealing parts are intact without deformation, damage or air leakage, and verify that the specification matches the equipment requirements. Second, clean the mounting position of the robotic arm or automation fixture, remove dust, oil stains and sundries, fix the cylinder steadily with matching screws according to the standard mounting holes, and ensure the equipment is installed horizontally and firmly. Third, connect the pneumatic pipeline correctly, check the air tightness of the interface, adjust the air pressure to the standard working range, and confirm no air leakage at the pipeline and cylinder connection.
