3. Usage Methods
Step 1: Pre-use Inspection
Check the surface of the corrugated pipe to ensure no cracks, damage or deformation. Confirm the pipe specification matches the wire harness diameter, and clean up dust and sundries on the wiring position to keep the construction environment clean.
Step 2: Cutting to Proper Length
According to the actual wiring length requirement, cut the corrugated pipe with scissors or a cutting tool. Keep the incision flat and neat to avoid burrs damaging the wire surface.
Step 3: Wrapping and Installation
Open the split opening of the pipe, align the wire harness with the pipe groove, and wrap the pipe evenly outside the wires. Press the opening tightly to make the pipe fit closely and completely cover the wire harness without gaps or exposed wires.
