Product Advantages
Food-Grade Imported Silicone, Safe & Non-Toxic Made of 100% imported food-grade silicone, which meets international food safety standards, non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, and does not release harmful substances. It will not contaminate food packaging materials during use, ensuring food safety and compliance with food industry regulations.
Strong Antistatic Performance Integrated antistatic formula, effectively eliminating static electricity generated during the adsorption and handling process. It can prevent dust, hair and other impurities from being adsorbed on the surface of the suction cup and food packaging, avoiding contamination and ensuring the cleanliness of food packaging.
Stable Suction, No Slippage Optimized suction cup structure, large effective adsorption area, good sealing performance, fast vacuum forming, and stable negative pressure holding. It can firmly adsorb various food packaging materials (smooth or slightly rough surfaces) without slipping or falling off, improving the efficiency of automated packaging lines.
Soft & Wear-Resistant, No Scratches The imported silicone material has high elasticity and soft texture, which can fit the surface of packaging materials closely, and will not scratch, indent or damage the packaging surface (especially suitable for fragile packaging such as thin plastic films and paper boxes).
Corrosion & Temperature Resistant Resistant to food-grade cleaning agents, water, and mild oils, not easy to age, crack or deform. It can work stably in the temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃, adapting to the working environment of food packaging workshops (such as cold storage, normal temperature packaging lines).
Easy to Clean & Maintain The surface of the suction cup is smooth and non-stick, easy to wipe and clean, and can be disinfected with food-grade disinfectants, meeting the hygiene requirements of food packaging. Daily maintenance is simple, only need regular inspection and cleaning, reducing the later use cost.
Product Features
Food Packaging Specialization Tailor-made for food packaging scenarios, strictly complying with food safety standards, non-toxic and pollution-free, suitable for direct contact with food packaging materials, solving the problem of safety risks of ordinary suction cups in food industry applications.
Imported Material Advantage Adopts high-quality imported silicone raw materials, which are more soft, elastic and durable than ordinary silicone, with better wear resistance and aging resistance, and longer service life under long-term high-frequency operation.
Integrated Antistatic Design The antistatic performance is integrated into the material formula, not a surface coating, so the antistatic effect is long-lasting and will not fade or fail after long-term use, effectively avoiding static pollution.
Wide Compatibility with Packaging Materials Suitable for various food packaging materials, including plastic films, paper boxes, cartons, aluminum foil bags, food-grade plastic trays, etc., whether smooth or slightly rough surfaces, it can achieve stable adsorption.
Lightweight & Compact Structure Small size, lightweight, easy to install on various food packaging manipulators and automated equipment, without increasing the load of the equipment, and suitable for high-speed packaging lines.
Standard Universal Interface Equipped with a standard pneumatic interface, which can be directly matched with mainstream food packaging manipulators, vacuum generators and pneumatic systems, no need to customize special interfaces, plug and play, easy to replace.
Usage Method
1. Pre-Installation Preparation
Before installation, check the integrity of the suction cup: confirm that the imported silicone surface has no cracks, damages, aging or deformation, and the connecting interface is intact. Clean the suction surface of the suction cup and the food packaging material surface with a clean, food-grade cloth, remove dust, oil stains, water stains and other impurities to avoid affecting the sealing and suction effect. Prepare matching food-grade pneumatic pipes, connectors and vacuum generators that meet the equipment interface specifications.
2. Installation Steps
Align the standard interface of the suction cup with the mounting position of the food packaging manipulator, connect and fix it firmly (pay attention to the tightening degree, not too tight to avoid damaging the interface, nor too loose to cause air leakage). Connect one end of the food-grade pneumatic pipe to the air inlet of the suction cup, and the other end to the vacuum outlet of the vacuum system, and fix the pipe joint with a food-grade pipe clamp to ensure no air leakage. Adjust the installation angle and height of the suction cup to ensure that the suction surface can be completely attached to the surface of the food packaging material.
3. Operation Steps
Start the vacuum system and adjust the vacuum pressure to the appropriate range (it is recommended to adjust according to the thickness and material of the packaging material, generally 0.04-0.07MPa, to avoid excessive pressure damaging the packaging). Control the manipulator to move the suction cup to the position of the food packaging material, and make the suction surface of the suction cup fully fit the packaging surface (ensure no gaps to prevent air leakage). Wait for 1-2 seconds to ensure that the vacuum is fully formed and the packaging material is firmly adsorbed. Control the manipulator to stably transfer the packaging material to the designated position (such as packaging machine feed port, stacking position). After reaching the target position, close the vacuum system, release the negative pressure slowly, and the suction cup will automatically loosen the packaging material. Wait for the packaging material to be stably placed before moving the manipulator away, and repeat the above steps for continuous operation.
4. Daily Maintenance & Notes
After daily use, clean the suction surface of the suction cup with a clean, food-grade dry cloth to remove dust and impurities; if it is contaminated by food residues or oil stains, clean it with food-grade cleaning agent, rinse with clean water, and dry it before use. Regularly inspect the silicone surface of the suction cup for wear, aging, cracking or deformation, and replace the suction cup in time if any damage is found. Store unused suction cups in a clean, cool, dry and dust-free environment, away from high temperature, direct sunlight, sharp objects and corrosive substances. Do not disassemble the suction cup structure at will to avoid damaging the seal and affecting the use effect. Do not use the suction cup to adsorb non-food-grade materials to avoid cross-contamination. Strictly control the working pressure within the rated range, and do not overload the pressure to avoid damaging the suction cup and packaging materials. Do not use the suction cup in an environment with strong corrosive gas or liquid to avoid shortening its service life.
