1. Non-destructive Handling of Fragile/Thin-Walled WorkpiecesThe 2.5-fold bellows structure provides excellent damping and cushioning during contact and lifting, avoiding surface scratches, indentations, or deformation on sensitive workpieces (such as electronic components, thin metal sheets, and soft packaging). The single flexible sealing lip ensures tight fitting even on slightly uneven surfaces, maintaining stable vacuum adsorption without damaging the workpiece.
2. Strong Adaptability to Irregular SurfacesThe bellows design allows for a long vertical stroke, enabling the suction cup to compensate for height differences, surface undulations, or angular misalignments between the workpiece and the end effector. It is ideal for grabbing curved, corrugated, or non-rigid workpieces (e.g., pipes, contoured plastic parts, filled bags) that are difficult to handle with flat suction cups.
3. High-Speed & Stable Pick-and-PlaceThe optimized bellows structure supports short-cycle, high-speed operation, enabling rapid vacuum generation and release for efficient automated handling. For sizes ≥52mm, built-in bottom support prevents excessive insertion into soft workpieces, ensuring stable grabbing and reducing mispicks.

Wide Material & Load CompatibilityAvailable in materials like PVC, silicone (SI), NBR, and PU with hardness options (e.g., 50 Shore A), it adapts to diverse environments: silicone for high-temperature or food-grade applications, PVC for general industrial use, and NBR for oil-resistant scenarios. Different diameters (e.g., 20mm, 50mm, 88mm) meet load requirements from lightweight small parts to medium-weight components.
