1. Product Features
This long strip integrated vacuum sponge suction cup is a professional heavy-duty pneumatic accessory for robotic manipulators and automatic palletizing equipment. Adopting high-density industrial sponge material and integrated integral molding process, it delivers excellent air permeability control, stable vacuum tightness and strong compression resilience. Different from traditional silicone and rubber suction cups, its unique porous sponge structure boasts super strong surface adaptability, which can fit rough, uneven, porous and irregular workpiece surfaces stably. The extended long-strip design provides a larger adsorption coverage area, effectively improving grabbing stability and load-bearing capacity. It supports long-term high-frequency pneumatic cyclic operation with stable physical performance, not easy to deform or fall off. Compatible with various pneumatic vacuum systems and manipulator equipment, it is suitable for automatic handling and palletizing of cartons, metal plates, wood boards, bricks and multiple industrial materials.
2. Product Advantages
Strong Adaptability for Rough Surfaces Featuring high-density porous sponge structure, the suction cup can perfectly fit uneven, rough and slightly gap-containing workpieces that ordinary suction cups cannot adsorb. It effectively solves air leakage and unstable suction problems on carton, wood, brick and unpolished metal surfaces.
Heavy-duty Load-bearing & Stable Adsorption Long strip integrated structure greatly increases the contact adsorption area, providing stronger and more uniform vacuum suction. It realizes stable heavy-load grabbing, effectively improving the efficiency of industrial palletizing, handling and lifting operations.
Excellent Buffering & Protective Performance The soft sponge material has great cushioning effect during contact. It will not scratch, crush or damage the surface of cartons, wooden products, metal plates and bricks, ensuring complete workpiece appearance during automatic operation.
Durable & Long Service Life Made of high-elastic and wear-resistant industrial sponge material, it features outstanding compression recovery and aging resistance. It can withstand long-term repeated extrusion and vacuum adsorption without permanent deformation, reducing frequent replacement costs.
Wide Industrial Compatibility Universal pneumatic matching design fits most automatic manipulators and vacuum palletizing equipment. Widely used in logistics palletizing, hardware handling, building material transportation and packaging industry automatic production lines.
3. Usage Methods
Step 1: Pre-use Inspection Check the overall condition of the sponge suction cup, confirm that the sponge surface is intact, free from damage, excessive dust clogging and deformation. Ensure good air permeability and sealing performance for stable vacuum adsorption.
Step 2: Equipment Installation Install the long strip sponge suction cup firmly on the manipulator or pneumatic vacuum equipment interface. Ensure tight assembly and stable connection to avoid air leakage caused by loose installation.
Step 3: Workpiece Surface Cleaning Clean loose dust, sundries and obvious attachments on the surface of cartons, wood, bricks or metal plates to reduce excessive impurities from blocking the sponge holes and ensure optimal adsorption effect.
Step 4: Vacuum Adsorption Operation Adjust the equipment position to make the long strip sponge surface fully fit the workpiece. Turn on the vacuum system, and the sponge will automatically fit the uneven surface to form stable negative pressure. Complete automatic lifting, handling and palletizing work after stable adsorption.
Step 5: Post-use Maintenance After operation, turn off the vacuum pressure to release the workpiece. Clean the dust and debris adsorbed in the sponge pores in time. Store the suction cup in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid long-term extrusion and damp deformation.
4. Precautions
Avoid long-term working in high-temperature, oily and corrosive environments to prevent sponge material aging, hardening and performance degradation. Do not use sharp tools to scratch or cut the sponge surface to avoid structural damage and affecting adsorption performance. Prevent excessive overload operation beyond the suction cup’s bearing range to avoid deformation and failure. Regularly clean the sponge pores to avoid dust blockage leading to poor vacuum effect. Replace the suction cup in time if it is severely aging, deformed or worn after long-term use.
