1. Product Features
These anti-skid silicone rubber feet with gaskets are high-performance industrial rubber buffer accessories specially designed for equipment chassis support and protection. Adopting high-quality rubber and silicone composite materials, the product features excellent flexibility, compression resilience and surface friction, achieving dual functions of anti-slip positioning and vibration buffering. Equipped with supporting gaskets, the rubber feet realize more fitted and stable installation, effectively avoiding loosening and offset during equipment operation. The thickened bumper structure provides strong collision resistance and pressure-bearing capacity, which can withstand long-term continuous pressure of mechanical equipment. With wear-resistant and anti-aging properties, the rubber feet maintain stable physical performance in long-term use, without deformation, hardening or falling off. Suitable for various mechanical equipment, electrical chassis and automation devices, it has strong versatility and practicality for industrial anti-slip and shockproof scenarios.
2. Product Advantages
Excellent Anti-slip & Positioning Effect The high-friction rubber surface greatly enhances the fitting friction between equipment and the ground. It effectively prevents mechanical equipment from sliding and shifting during high-frequency operation, ensuring stable equipment placement and avoiding position deviation affecting normal production work.
Efficient Shock Absorption & Noise Reduction With soft and elastic buffer performance, the rubber feet can absorb most of the vibration generated by equipment operation. It weakens vibration transmission between the chassis and the ground, reduces equipment resonance and operating noise, and creates a stable and quiet working environment.
Protects Equipment & Ground Surface It acts as a chassis bumper to avoid direct rigid contact between the equipment and the ground. It effectively prevents chassis wear, surface scratches and ground damage caused by long-term vibration and friction, realizing double protection for equipment and ground.
Upgraded Installation with Matching Gaskets Equipped with dedicated gaskets, the overall installation is tighter and more solid. It solves the problems of loose installation and poor stability of ordinary rubber feet, greatly improving the overall fixing effect and durability.
Superior Wear & Aging Resistance Made of premium silicone rubber material, the product features outstanding compression resistance, wear resistance and oxidation resistance. It adapts to long-term indoor and industrial environment use, with long service life and low replacement frequency, saving later maintenance costs.
3. Usage Methods
Step 1: Cleaning the Installation Position Clean the installation holes and chassis bottom of the equipment to remove dust, oil stains, sundries and burrs. Ensure the installation surface is flat, clean and dry to guarantee tight fitting of the rubber feet.
Step 2: Matching Gasket Installation Take the supporting gasket and fit it to the fixed position of the rubber foot. Align the assembly hole to ensure the gasket is closely attached without deviation or warping, forming a stable installation base.
Step 3: Fixing Rubber Feet Install the assembled rubber feet on the reserved fixing holes at the bottom of the equipment chassis. Press and fix them firmly to ensure each rubber foot is installed in place without looseness or skew.
Step 4: Level Adjustment Check all installed rubber feet to ensure uniform stress and balanced equipment level. Adjust the position appropriately to avoid empty support and uneven force, so as to achieve the best anti-slip and shock absorption effect.
Step 5: Daily Inspection & Maintenance Regularly check the tightness, wear degree and elasticity of the rubber feet and gaskets. Clean surface dust and impurities in time. Replace severely worn, deformed or aging rubber feet to maintain stable equipment operation.
4. Precautions
Do not install the rubber feet on uneven, wet or greasy ground, so as not to reduce friction and affect the anti-slip effect. Avoid long-term extrusion by overweight equipment beyond the bearing range to prevent permanent deformation and elasticity loss. Keep away from high-temperature heat sources and corrosive chemicals to avoid material aging, hardening and performance attenuation. Regularly check the gasket tightness and rubber foot integrity, and replace damaged accessories in time to ensure long-term stable buffering and anti-slip performance.
