How to Use & Precautions

Operation Steps: First, select the appropriate ZP3P-PTSF model according to packaging bag size: 20/25mm for small thin film bags, 35/50mm for medium and large flexible packaging bags. Second, clean dust, static powder and fine debris on the suction pad and film surface to ensure full sealing and prevent local air leakage. Third, install the suction cup firmly on the manipulator vacuum connector and tighten the interface to avoid loosening caused by long-term high-frequency vibration. Fourth, adjust the vacuum negative pressure to the standard working range, avoiding excessive pressure that causes film indentation or structural deformation of the stopper. Fifth, perform idle testing and trial bag opening to verify stable film separation without collapse or wrinkling, then launch formal continuous automated production. Important Precautions: Specially designed for thin plastic films and flexible packaging bags, not applicable for thick rigid workpieces or heavy-load grabbing; avoid sharp objects scratching the silicone skirt and central support structure; prohibit long-term overpressure extrusion to prevent permanent structural deformation; keep the suction surface clean to maintain anti-wrinkle and sealing performance; regularly check silicone aging and suction tightness; replace promptly if suction attenuation, edge cracking or deformation occurs; avoid long-term high-temperature exposure to delay material aging.
