How to Use & Precautions

Operation Steps: First, select the correct model according to packaging bag size: choose KD-15 for small mini film bags and KD-20 for medium conventional packaging bags. Clean dust, adhesive residues and fine debris on the silicone suction surface to ensure complete sealing. Second, install the suction nozzle firmly on the manipulator vacuum connector, tighten the interface to prevent loosening and air leakage caused by long-term high-frequency vibration. Third, adjust the vacuum negative pressure to the standard working range, avoid excessive pressure leading to extrusion deformation of the support structure and silicone body. Fourth, conduct idle operation test to check vacuum tightness and adsorption flexibility, confirm no air leakage or jamming.
