Usage Method
1. Pre-Installation Preparation
Check the product appearance first, confirm the rubber part has no cracks, bubbles or degumming, metal wrapper has no deformation or damage. Clean the equipment mounting base surface, remove dust, oil, rust and debris to keep the mounting plane flat and clean. Prepare matching screws, gaskets and mounting tools consistent with product mounting holes.
2. Formal Installation Steps
Place the rubber shock absorber cushion flat on the designated mounting position of equipment base, keep the cushion horizontally placed without offset. Align the product mounting holes with equipment mounting holes, insert matching screws slowly, tighten screws evenly and firmly to fix the cushion stably. Do not over tighten to avoid crushing the internal rubber core and affecting damping effect.
3. Operation & Use Steps
After installation, check the firmness of the shock absorber, ensure no loose or shaking condition. Start the equipment normally, the product will automatically absorb vibration and buffer impact during operation, realize stable damping and noise reduction. Do not knock, squeeze or cut the product forcibly during daily use, keep away from sharp objects to avoid rubber damage.
4. Daily Maintenance & Care
Regularly check the bonding state of metal and rubber parts, check for degumming, cracking or serious wear.
