1. Core Function of Pipeline Flow Splitting & Combining

• Flow Splitting: Evenly distributes the medium (gas/liquid) from one main pipeline to two or more branch pipelines, meeting the simultaneous energy supply/material feeding requirements of multi-station and multi-equipment setups (e.g., splitting the main air source to multiple cylinders in pneumatic systems).
• Flow Combining: Converges the medium from two or more branch pipelines into one main pipeline, enabling centralized recovery or unified transportation of the medium (e.g., converging the return oil of multiple actuators in hydraulic systems).
• The three-way structure is either T-type or Y-type (for selected models), ensuring low flow resistance and even flow distribution.

2. Ferrule-Type Quick Sealing Connection

• No welding or thread seal tape (PTFE tape) required. Sealing is achieved through a three-in-one structure (fitting body + ferrule + locking nut): When the nut is tightened, the ferrule's cutting edge embeds into the outer wall of the pipeline, forming a metal-to-metal tight fit seal—whose reliability is far superior to ordinary threaded fittings.
• No professional tools are needed for installation; manual tightening is sufficient to achieve a secure seal. The fitting is reusable after disassembly (provided the pipeline is undamaged), greatly improving installation and maintenance efficiency.
• Features low sealing pressure loss, capable of withstanding high-frequency pressure fluctuations, and eliminates the risk of medium leakage, ensuring stable system operation.

3. Core Advantages of 304 Stainless Steel Material

• Superior Corrosion Resistance: Contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, resistant to corrosion from air, fresh water, neutral salt solutions, and weak acid-alkaline media (pH 2~12). Prevents pipeline blockage or leakage caused by rust and corrosion of ordinary carbon steel fittings.
• High Temperature & Pressure Adaptability: Operating temperature range of -20℃~400℃, with a maximum working pressure of 16MPa (up to 25MPa for some high-pressure models). Suitable for high-temperature steam, high-pressure gas/liquid transmission scenarios.
• Hygienic Grade Characteristics: Boasts a smooth surface with no precipitates, compliant with food hygiene and medical industry standards. Ideal for transmitting clean media such as drinking water, food raw materials, and pharmaceutical intermediates.
• High Mechanical Strength: Exhibits strong impact resistance and deformation resistance, not prone to aging or cracking during long-term use. Its service life is 3~5 times that of ordinary plastic or carbon steel fittings.
