3. Usage Methods & Installation Steps

Step 1: Tool & Product Inspection Before use, check the grinding disc for cracks, deformation or abrasive falling off. Confirm that the angle grinder is in normal working condition with stable rotating speed, and match the disc size with the tool specification.

Step 2: Standard Installation Fix the grinding disc firmly on the angle grinder spindle, tighten the fixing nut moderately to ensure the disc is installed flat and stable, no shaking or offset during rotation.

Step 3: Pre-operation Test After installation, perform a 10-20 seconds no-load test run. Check for abnormal vibration, noise and shaking, and start formal operation only if there is no abnormality.
