How to Use
First, inspect the suction cup before installation to check for cracks, deformation, aging, surface damage or air leakage, and select the corresponding size and A18/A22 thread interface according to the manipulator fixture and workpiece weight. Second, clean the thread mounting position of the mechanical arm and the suction contact surface of the workpiece, remove dust, debris, stone powder and oil stains to ensure clean and dry fitting surfaces for better vacuum tightness. Third, align the suction cup thread with the fixture interface, screw it tightly and fix it firmly to ensure no looseness at the connection and avoid air leakage during operation. Fourth, connect the pneumatic vacuum system, turn on the air source for air tightness test, check the connection and suction edge for air leakage, and adjust the vacuum pressure to the reasonable working range according to the workpiece load. Fifth, conduct trial grabbing for target heavy workpieces such as stone, glass and wood panels, fine-tune the vacuum pressure and manipulator lifting speed to ensure stable and firm grabbing without workpiece shaking or falling. Sixth, after confirming the trial operation is normal, start formal automated loading, unloading and handling work. For daily maintenance, regularly clean dust and residual debris on the suction cup surface, check the silicone edge for wear and aging, and replace the suction cup in time if suction weakens or sealing fails, to ensure stable and safe operation of heavy-load automation equipment.
