How to Use & Precautions
Operation Steps: First, select the corresponding size according to workpiece weight and surface area: 60/80mm for medium-sized workpieces, 100/120mm for large heavy-duty workpieces. Second, clean dust, oil stains and debris on the suction cup surface and workpiece to ensure tight fitting and avoid vacuum air leakage. Third, install the swing suction cup firmly on the manipulator vacuum connector and lock the interface to prevent loosening caused by high-frequency vibration. Fourth, adjust the equipment operating angle, let the swing suction cup automatically fit the workpiece surface, and test the vacuum adsorption state.
