Product Features
This ZP3P series adopts premium 5.5-stage multi-layer bellows telescopic structure, providing ultra-large vertical compensation stroke to adapt to height changes and surface undulation of filled soft bags, solving the problem of poor fitting and unstable suction of ordinary suction cups on irregular flexible workpieces. The upgraded ultra-thin flexible sealing skirt fits seamlessly with ultra-thin PE, PET and composite films, forming airtight vacuum sealing without crushing or piercing thin packaging materials, effectively reducing vacuum leakage rate. Built-in special reinforcing rib structure enhances overall cup body rigidity, avoiding excessive deformation during high-speed acceleration and deceleration handling, reducing workpiece deflection and ensuring stable high-cycle operation. The whole cup body is made of food-grade silicone rubber compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and international food sanitation standards, non-toxic, odorless, anti-aging and high-temperature resistant, suitable for clean food and pharmaceutical packaging workshops. The blue distinguishable body design facilitates quick contamination inspection and daily maintenance, helping operators timely identify dirt adhesion and rubber aging. The anti-suction skirt structure effectively prevents thin film edges from being caught or folded during adsorption, completely improving the defective rate of wrinkled and damaged packaging bags. Standard universal mounting interface supports quick plug-and-play replacement, and full customization service of size, hardness and assembly structure is available to adapt to various non-standard pneumatic automation systems.
Product Advantages
First, 5.5-stage super compensation capability. Longer bellows stroke than conventional suction cups realizes flexible fitting for bulging, uneven and deformed soft bags, covering more complex flexible packaging working conditions. Second, professional anti-wrinkle leak-proof performance. Optimized thin-film skirt and rib structure ensures uniform dispersion of vacuum suction force, no film wrinkling, no local collapse and stable sealing, greatly improving packaging yield. Third, food-grade safe material guarantee. FDA-certified silicone material meets global food contact standards, supporting clean production in food, beverage and daily chemical industries with zero pollution risk. Fourth, high dynamic operation stability. Reinforced anti-deformation structure adapts to 4G high-speed acceleration and deceleration handling, maintaining stable suction without cup body shaking or workpiece offset. Fifth, powerful customized compatibility. Multi-dimensional customizable parameters and full-size specifications meet standard wholesale and non-standard project personalized matching demands, with ultra-high cost performance for packaging automation lines.
How to Use
First, select the corresponding diameter specification according to the soft bag size and bulging degree: small 20/25mm for mini sachets and thin film bags; medium-large 32/40/50mm for large stand-up pouches and liquid-filled bulging bags. Check the bellows telescopic flexibility, skirt integrity and rubber surface for aging, cracks and dust adhesion before installation. Second, clean the suction cup sealing skirt and packaging bag surface thoroughly to remove fine dust, oil stains and powder residues, ensuring complete airtight fitting to avoid vacuum leakage. Third, install the ZP3P suction cup on the robotic arm or vacuum equipment connector, lock the interface firmly to prevent loosening and air leakage caused by high-frequency vibration. Fourth, connect the vacuum pipeline and perform idle testing, check the 5.5-stage bellows telescopic smoothness and sealing performance, adjust the vacuum negative pressure to the optimal range for flexible bag adsorption. Fifth, conduct trial bag picking and opening operation, verify that the film fits flat without wrinkling, collapsing or edge jamming, confirm stable suction and no slipping during high-speed operation. Sixth, launch formal automated packaging production after passing trial run. For daily maintenance, regularly clean residual packaging debris on the skirt and bellows gaps, inspect rubber elasticity and anti-wrinkle performance weekly, and replace the suction cup timely if aging, hardening or frequent suction failure occurs.
