1. Product Features
This industrial vacuum suction cup is made of high-quality elastic rubber material with excellent flexibility and air tightness. Adopting a large textured surface design, it greatly improves friction and anti-slip performance, enabling stable adsorption on rough, uneven and textured surfaces. Equipped with a built-in metal nut structure, the suction cup supports fast and stable installation and connection with vacuum tools and mechanical equipment. The thickened rubber body is wear-resistant, aging-resistant and deformation-resistant, suitable for long-term continuous industrial work. Designed specially for woodworking, ceiling installation and board handling, it provides strong and stable vacuum adsorption for various flat and slightly rough workpiece surfaces.
2. Product Advantages
Strong Anti-slip Adsorption The unique textured surface increases contact friction, effectively preventing workpiece sliding during suction and lifting. It works stably on rough surfaces where ordinary smooth suction cups fail to grip.
Excellent Air Tightness & Stable Suction High-elastic rubber material fits closely with workpieces without air leakage, maintaining continuous and stable vacuum suction force to ensure safe handling and moving.
Convenient Installation & Firm Connection Comes with integrated nut design for quick assembly with vacuum equipment, suction holders and mechanical arms, saving installation time and improving working efficiency.
Durable & Long Service Life Premium rubber material features outstanding wear resistance, compression resistance and aging resistance. It does not easily harden or deform after repeated extrusion and long-time industrial use.
Wide Industrial Compatibility Perfect for woodworking machinery, ceiling panel handling, board lifting, stone and furniture surface adsorption, widely used in factory automated and manual handling operations.
3. Usage Method
Step 1: Clean the Surface Wipe the suction cup surface and the workpiece surface to remove dust, wood chips and oil stains, ensuring clean and dry contact for better air tightness.
Step 2: Install the Suction Cup Connect and fix the suction cup nut with the vacuum adapter, mechanical arm or vacuum tool to ensure firm installation without looseness.
Step 3: Align and Adsorb Place the textured suction cup evenly on the surface of the wood board, ceiling panel or workpiece. Turn on the vacuum device to form negative pressure and achieve tight adsorption.
Step 4: Operate and Lift After stable suction is formed, start lifting, moving or positioning work. Avoid violent shaking during operation.
Step 5: Release and Store Turn off the vacuum pressure to release the workpiece. Clean the suction cup and place it in a dry environment to avoid long-term compression and sunlight exposure.
4. Precautions
Do not use on extremely uneven, cracked or porous surfaces which may cause air leakage. Avoid sharp objects scratching the rubber surface. Stop using immediately if the rubber body is deformed, cracked or aging. Regularly check the nut tightness and rubber condition to ensure safe and stable working performance.
