I. Core Functions and Working Principle

1. Efficiently Generate Stable Vacuum

   The three-stage Venturi structure accelerates compressed air through nozzles to form high-speed jets, which entrain air from the vacuum chamber and create negative pressure. With a maximum vacuum level of approximately -95 kPa (28.5"Hg), it can drive vacuum suction cups for workpiece handling.
2. Alternative to Traditional Vacuum Pumps

   Operating solely on compressed air (no electric motor required), it offers advantages such as small size, light weight, and fast response. It is well-suited for scenarios sensitive to space, energy consumption, and noise.
3. Integrated Control and Safety Protection

   It can be equipped with a check valve to prevent workpiece drop in case of air supply interruption, a flow control valve, and a silencer, making it suitable for high-frequency start-stop and continuous operation conditions. Certain models are provided with vacuum detection ports.
4. Adaptable to Diverse Working Conditions

   Constructed from engineering plastics, it demonstrates excellent chemical corrosion resistance. Sealing options include standard NBR and FKM (V-grade) for corrosive environments, ensuring compatibility with both general industrial and harsh working conditions.
