3. Usage Methods
Step 1: Pre-use Inspection Check the appearance, air inlet and vacuum port of the vacuum generator to ensure no blockage, damage and air leakage. Confirm the product model matches the actual working vacuum demand to ensure normal equipment operation.
Step 2: Equipment Installation Install the vacuum generator stably on the automation equipment or mechanical arm bracket. Connect the compressed air pipeline to the air inlet and connect the vacuum port with the suction cup pipeline. Ensure all interfaces are tightly connected without air leakage.
Step 3: Vacuum Suction Adjustment Turn on the pneumatic system, and adjust the built-in control switch according to the weight and material of the workpiece. Gradually fine-tune the vacuum strength to obtain the most suitable suction force, ensuring stable grabbing without damaging the workpiece surface.
Step 4: Automatic Operation After completing parameter adjustment, cooperate with the automated program to carry out cyclic operations such as workpiece adsorption, lifting, handling and release. Observe the working status to ensure stable vacuum output and smooth operation.

4. Precautions
Keep the air source clean and dry to prevent moisture, oil stains and impurities from entering the interior of the vacuum generator and causing blockage and performance degradation. Do not adjust the switch excessively during operation to avoid abnormal vacuum pressure. Avoid long-term over-load operation beyond the applicable workpiece range to prevent unstable adsorption. Regularly check the air tightness of the pipeline and the aging degree of accessories. Replace damaged parts in time to ensure stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
