1. Product Features
The MHZ2 pneumatic gripper cylinder is a standard industrial parallel air claw component specially designed for automated pneumatic clamping and handling equipment. The main body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy material, which is lightweight, rigid and durable, with excellent oxidation resistance and wear resistance to adapt to long-term industrial working conditions. Adopting precision parallel clamping structure, the cylinder realizes synchronous opening and closing of double jaws, with accurate stroke positioning and stable clamping action. It features sensitive response, smooth operation and low friction loss during high-frequency cyclic movement. With compact integrated structure, small installation size and high structural stability, it is compatible with most automated mechanical arms, sorting equipment and assembly production lines. It can stably clamp, grab and transfer various regular small workpieces, and maintains consistent working accuracy and service life in long-term repeated operation.
2. Product Advantages
Lightweight & High Structural Strength Made of premium aluminum alloy material, the gripper cylinder features low overall weight without sacrificing structural rigidity. It effectively reduces the load of automated equipment, avoids equipment shaking during high-speed operation, and ensures stable clamping performance.
Precise & Stable Parallel Clamping The optimized parallel jaw structure ensures synchronous opening and closing, uniform clamping force and high positioning accuracy. It can firmly grip workpieces without offset or slipping, greatly improving the precision of automatic handling and assembly operations.
Fast Response & High Efficiency With excellent pneumatic transmission performance and low-resistance internal structure, the cylinder responds quickly with smooth and rapid clamping and reset actions. It perfectly matches high-frequency cyclic production requirements and effectively improves the overall automation efficiency of the production line.
Excellent Wear & Corrosion Resistance The aluminum alloy body with fine surface treatment effectively resists oxidation, rust and wear. It can adapt to complex industrial environments, reduce component wear during long-term operation, and extend the overall service life of the cylinder.
Wide Compatibility & Easy Installation Adopting standard industrial size design, it is highly compatible with various pneumatic accessories, robotic arms and automated equipment. It features simple installation and convenient maintenance, saving assembly time and later maintenance costs.
3. Usage Methods
Step 1: Pre-use Inspection Check the appearance of the MHZ2 pneumatic gripper, confirm no deformation, cracks or damage on the cylinder body and clamping jaws. Inspect the air port for blockage, ensure smooth internal air passage and good sealing performance to avoid air leakage.
Step 2: Equipment Installation & Fixing Fix the pneumatic gripper cylinder stably on the mechanical arm or automation equipment bracket according to the installation standard. Connect the air pipe to the air inlet and outlet interfaces firmly to ensure tight connection without looseness or air leakage.
Step 3: Air Source Debugging Connect the clean and dry compressed air source, adjust the air pressure to the rated working range of the cylinder. Test the opening and closing action of the clamping jaws to confirm the movement is smooth, flexible and without jamming or abnormal noise.
Step 4: Formal Operation After debugging is completed, match the automated control program to perform cyclic clamping, grabbing, transferring and releasing operations. Observe the clamping status to ensure stable jaw clamping and accurate workpiece positioning during operation.
Step 5: Daily Maintenance & Storage Regularly clean dust and impurities on the cylinder surface and clamping jaws to prevent foreign matter from affecting clamping accuracy. Check the air tightness of the air pipe and the wear degree of moving parts regularly. Cut off the air source and clean the equipment when not in use for a long time, and store it in a dry and ventilated environment.
4. Precautions
The working air pressure must be kept within the rated range to avoid excessive air pressure causing structural deformation, jaw damage or air cylinder failure. It is prohibited to clamp oversize, overweight or hard sharp workpieces beyond the rated load to prevent jaw deformation and accuracy loss. Keep the input air source clean and dry, and avoid oil water and impurities entering the cylinder to prevent internal blockage and abnormal wear. Do not disassemble the cylinder privately without professional guidance, which will affect the structural accuracy and warranty performance. Regularly check the wear of sliding parts and sealing components, and replace vulnerable parts in time to ensure long-term stable and accurate operation.
