The core function is to reduce the high-pressure compressed air at the inlet to the low pressure required by downstream equipment, and automatically adjust the valve opening when inlet pressure or flow fluctuates, so as to maintain a constant outlet pressure. This provides a stable power source for pneumatic actuators, instruments, etc., and prevents pressure fluctuations from affecting equipment accuracy or causing malfunctions.
It protects downstream precision components such as solenoid valves, cylinders, and sensors from damage due to overpressure, extending equipment service life and reducing maintenance costs.
It allows independent pressure regulation according to the pressure requirements of different branches or equipment, meeting the needs of multiple pressure levels within the same system, and improving system flexibility and energy utilization.

Brief Description of Operating Principles

ARM5SA: Adopts a diaphragm-type structure. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring preload. The pressure downstream of the valve is fed back to the diaphragm, which automatically balances the spring force and the gas pressure to achieve pressure stabilization. The reverse flow function is realized by the main valve opening in the reverse direction.
LRMA: Utilizes a direct-acting piston structure. The inlet pressure pushes the piston, and the outlet pressure acts on the other end of the piston through a feedback channel, balancing with the force of the adjusting spring to maintain a constant outlet pressure. A secondary exhaust channel is provided for rapid pressure relief.
RVUM: Features a spring-loaded spool structure. Rotating the adjustment knob changes the spring compression, thereby adjusting the spool opening and reducing the inlet pressure. A pressure gauge provides real-time display of the outlet pressure for precise setting.

Selection and Operating Precautions

Select the model based on inlet pressure, outlet pressure range, flow requirements, and mounting method, ensuring that the pressure reduction ratio is within a reasonable range (usually not exceeding 10:1).
The medium should be compressed air that complies with ISO 8573-1. A pre-installed 5 μm filter is recommended to prevent contaminants from affecting the service life of the valve’s internal seals.
Pay attention to the direction of airflow during installation. The LRMA can be installed in any orientation, while the ARM5SA and RVUM should be installed in the direction indicated by the markings to ensure performance.
After adjusting the pressure, lock the knob to prevent pressure drift caused by vibration.
